a AGC circuit unit outputting constant amplitude level regardless of the level change of input video signal; a low pass filter passing only a brightness signal in the video signal passed through the AGC circuit unit; a clamp circuit unit clamping synchronous signal-tip level as constant value among the passed brightness signal; a synchronous divide unit outputting the synchronous signal of constant level by only separating the synchronous from the clamped brightness signal; a mixer mixing the clamped brightness signal and the synchronous signal; a AGC detector detecting the amplitude added the reference signal of constant level ouput from the mixer and vertical synchronous signal, and transmitting the detected output to the AGC circuit unit; and a stabilization unit connected to the AGC detector and stabilizing a initial screen.
