FIELD: production of catalysts. SUBSTANCE: invention is concerned with heterogeneous catalysts for selective reduction of nitrogen oxides with hydrocarbons and may find use in those production plants where off-gases contain low-molecular hydrocarbons: gas- pumping stations, gas power stations, heat power stations, etc. The task is to create catalyst operating in wet and dry media with simultaneously reducing its cost and simplifying preparation procedure. The problem is got over when catalyst carrier contains montmorillonite in amount 85-95 wt.-%, which may be used both in natural occurring and H-form, and 5-15 wt.-% of cobalt. Catalyst increases conversion from 30 to 80%, its cost being 3-5 dol./kg. EFFECT: improved quality and reduced cost. |
