COLLISION PROTECTING DEVICE & METHOD OF CAR

The device is designed to prevent accidental collision of an automobile by alarming risk of collision with a sensor operating when distance from the front car is reduced within safety distance and reducing speed of the automobile. The device includes : a laser trigger (11) for generating a laser pulse trigger signal; a laser transmitter (12) for emitting laser pulse generated by the laser transmitter (12); a laser receiver for receiving laser reflected from a car; a distance data receiver (21); a speed sensor (22); a data processor (23) and a brake controller (24).
