PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrence of uncomfortable air flow and further improve a follow-up characteristic for a variation in a load of air conditioning by a method wherein an air conditioning load sensor is disposed in a room, a damper coupling the a rear surface of a ceiling and a room is installed on the ceiling, an operating level in a heating source ad opening or closing of the damper are controlled with a signal got from the air conditioning load sensor. CONSTITUTION:When an air conditioning load is low, dampers 8 and 9 are closed, an air conditioning in a room is carried out such that the air of which temperature is adjusted by a heating source 4 is circulated through a ceiling garret duct 3 and a return flow dust 7 to cause a ceiling 1 to be adjusted for its temperature and the an air conditioning is carried out through a surface of the ceiling 1. When an indoor air conditioning load is high, an operation level of the heating source 4 is increased at a control part 11 and at the same time a motor 10 is driven to open the dampers 8 and 9. The indoor air conditioning is operated such that the air of which temperature is already adjusted by the heating source 4 passes through the damper 8, the air is blown into a room, the air is also sucked through the damper 9 and through the return duct 7 and into the heating source 4. |
