FIELD: organic chemistry, insulation of pipes. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by applying of reaction mixture on rotating pipe. Mentioned above reaction mixture contains aromatic polyisocyanate, organic compound (having at least three reactive carbon atoms in respect with isocyanates) with molecular weight 92-1000, aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic polyamine and/or polyimine with molecular weight 32-1000 as cross-linking agent and frothing agent. Said reaction mixture is used for production at least one insulation layer of rigid foam plastic. If it is necessary then additional reaction mixture is applied on rotating pipe to produce covering layer on it. Compound with molecular weight 32-1000 and formulaorwhere n is integer from 2 to 9, (2 and 3 being preferable), Ris hydrogen, alkyl having 1-9 carbon atoms or residue with formula, Ris hydrogen, Rand Rare hydrogen or methyl is used as additional cross-linking agent. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. |
