FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking members are placed on a portion of anchor bolt surface. As this takes place the locking members are made in the form of radial cams 5 rounding side surface of the anchor bolt 1 and spaced from one another in radial direction. Good mixing the composite mass is achieved by this way and resistance to driving is decreased. The driving is used to match anchor bolt outer diameter measured across cams and diameter of the drilled hole. Simple and economic making the anchor bolt 1 is possible by powder die casting using binding agent, as well as by subsequent removing the binder and sintering. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
