LEVER-RATCHET TRANSMISSION

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: lever-ratchet transmission comprises shafts interconnected through a cam-roller pair with conical cams, rocking lever and ratchet transmission. There are at least two ratchet transmissions on the output shaft. One transmission rotates the shaft and the other one being rotated in the opposite direction is in a free running. The ratchet transmission is rotated by the use of the rocking lever . The other end of the lever is provided with a roller which interacts with the cam fitted on the input shaft. The ratchet dogs of the transmission are triangles with a blunt angle wherein axles of their rotation are positioned. One side of the blunt angle is spring-loaded to allow the ratchet dogs to be in a constant contact with the teeth of the ratchet wheels.
