FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, preparing of muds and cement mortars in laboratories. SUBSTANCE: mixer has housing with component supply pipes and discharge pipe and rotors positioned in axial alignment with pipes, driven shaft mounted hermetically in hollow bushing, rocker arm connected with upper end of driven shaft; perforated frame with resilient plates and two cantilevered shafts mounted on rocker arm, fingers with spherical heads positioned in upper part of casing inner wall, cylindrical carcass rotors with equally spaced ribs, with rib pitch being equal to finger pitch. EFFECT: increased efficiency in mixing and preparing muds and cement mortars of homogeneous composition and simplified construction of mixer. |
