FIELD: diagnostics of technical conditions of vehicles. SUBSTANCE: in gear testing steering wheel play checking disc of transducer of angular movement is mounted uniaxially to steering wheel in support rigidly anchored on self-centering grip and is provided with weight attached to it to form starting point of count. Gear is also fitted with master unit of amplification factor, adder and storage circuit. Transducer of angular movement is connected to input of two-channel amplifier which outputs are connected through adder and storage circuit to inputs of pulse counter connected to digital indicator. Outputs of force cell and pickup of micromovements are connected through two-channel amplifier and threshold device to input of analog-to-digital which one output is connected to pulse counter and to indicator of measurement termination and which other output is connected to storage circuit, pulse counter and indicator of take-up of play to one side and output of master unit of amplification factor is connected to input of amplifier of force cell. Gear testing steering wheel play may be equipped with damper manufactured in the form of two heterpolar magnets mounted on opposite sides of checking disc. Handle of force cell be made fast to its case which is rigidly coupled to handle of self-centering grip. EFFECT: simplified design of gear, increased reliability with simultaneous decrease of mass of gear, enhanced accuracy and fast performance of measurements. |
