PURPOSE: To obtain a preparation remarkably exhibiting an effect for absorbing a peptide medicine from a digestive tract on oral administration. CONSTITUTION: This oral preparation is obtained by encapsulating a peptide medicine in liposome which is a liquid membrane as a fine carrier. The constituting lipids of the liposome comprise dipalmtoyl phosphatidylcholine and cholesterol in a molar ratio of 7:4, and the particle diameter of the liposome is 0.1μm or less.
