PURPOSE: To enable a prescribed amount of garnishings of Japanese radish for sliced raw fish stored in hoppers automatically dishing on a tray. CONSTITUTION: Garnishings of Japanese radish 102 stored in hoppers 2 and 4 are fed into cylinders 6a and 8a selected by revolution of enfolding pins 12 and 14. Pistons in the cylinders 6a and 8a lower with rotating, and the garnishings 102 are fallen from a bottom end discharging port 7 of the cylinder 6a and 8a with imparting twist to the garnishings 102 in the cylinders 6a and 8a. The prescribed amount of fallen garnishings 102 are nipped by a pressing shape-forming body 158 and a curved receiving face 148 and shaped, then laid on a tray 128 on a tray loading plate 44. |
