<p>PURPOSE: To reduce a change in a headlight in corrective steering at rectilinearly advancing time, and eliminate troublesomeness by changing an illuminating angle according to a steering angle, and controlling a rate of change of the illuminating angle to the steering angle so as to become small in a area where the steering angle is small and to become large in an area where the steering angle is large. CONSTITUTION: A detecting signal from a steering angle sensor 22 to detect a steering quantity and the rotational direction of a steering wheel and a detecting signal from a car speed sensor 23 to detect rotating speed of a wheel are inputted to a control part 20, and operation is performed on a steering angle and car speed from these detecting signals. An illuminating angle is changed according to the steering angle on the basis of data by this operation, and a rate of change of an illuminating angle to the steering angle is controlled so as to become small in an area where the steering angle is small and to become large in an area where the steering angle is large. Therefore, the illuminating direction is changed in response sensitively to steering of a steering wheel, and the advancing direction for which a driver wishes to be visible can be always illuminated, and visibility can be improved.</p> |
