PURPOSE: To build a good quality, segment-form consolidated body in the horizontal or vertical direction having any desired angle of opening using one jet nozzle and to eliminate wastefulness in the consolidating material. CONSTITUTION: A guide hole 1 is bored in the horizontal or vertical direction, and a pipe 10 is inserted followed by swinging at a certain angle, and thereby the natural ground is cut by a jet 5 fed from a jet nozzle 4. A consolidating material of self-standing material is spouted from a nozzle for consolidating material, and therewith the void 6 produced by cutting is filled so that a segment-form consolidated body 13 having an angle of openingαis built.
