PURPOSE: To provide a cross flow fan capable of improving air volume characteristics while maintaining silentness. CONSTITUTION: A tongue part 6 is provided on a vortex fixed side caging, and a vortex stabilization guide 7 is provided on the tongue part 6. Also the vortex stabilization guide 1 comprises a center part guide 7a and an end part guide 7b, and the end part guide 7b is arranged so that its top end is close nearer to a fan rotor 1 than the top end of the center part guide 7a. In addition, a vortex position control part is formed so that the vortex center F of an eccentric vortex is positioned near the outer periphery of the fan rotor 1 at both end parts. |
