PURPOSE: To obtain a tablet food for readily digesting active components of mulberry leaf in a large amount at once. CONSTITUTION: This tablet is composed of 60-90wt.% mulberry leaf powder, 10-35wt.% dextrin and 1-3wt.% soybean oil and fat.
