Concave side reflectors (11a, 11b) are supported on either side of and parallel to the lamp tubes, reflecting sides inward. The space between is regularly divided into identically dimensioned openings (13) by transverse concave partitions (12), secured by tabs (15) through the side pieces. Partitions are disposed in pairs, the gaps between adjoining curved sheets being closed at the lamp side by reflective, and at the other by decorative, suitably shaped blanking pieces (14). As a result, the lamp light is emitted through a series of self-contained internally reflective cells.
