CONSTITUTION: A stator magnetic pole 21 in which a winding has been executed to a bobbin and in which a stator winding 22 has been built is fixed to a fixed base 3. After that, the shaft 12 of a rotor 6 which holds a rotating magnetic pole 9 which has been pultipole-magnetized on a face faced with the outer circumference of the stator magnetic pole 21 is inserted into a bearing tube 4, and an outer rotor-type brushless DC motor is constituted. At this time, a material used for the bobbin is a soft magnetic material, and it is a mixed substance of a soft ferrite such as Mn-Zn, Ni-Zn or the like and a polymer material, and the content of the ferrite is set at 80wt.% or higher. Thereby, the characteristic of an electric rotating machine is not lowered, and a rotor winding can be wound with good efficiency.
