PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparatory plan making method of a job by which productivity of a depicting device can be enhanced by using a depicting system having at least a single depicting device. SOLUTION: A preparatory plan making method is provided with a process (S101 and S102) to detect a reference of a job, a process (S103) which is composed of at least one of its reference and input to a depicting system and judges applicable restriction on the basis of a depicting device and a process (S104) to optimize the job according to the restriction so as to simultaneously satisfy respective restrictions when a preparatory plan of the job is made.
