PURPOSE: To make the condition inside a water tank visible without drainage to improve inspection accuracy, by providing a luminair stand in the water tank to make an illuminator, having watertight structure, vertically movable along the stand. CONSTITUTION: A luminair stand 11, extending in a verticl direction, is standingly provided on the bottom part in a water tank 1, and a luminair 12, having watertight structure, is provided vertical-movably along the luminair stand 11 by a stable-movement retainer 12a. A luminair movement mechanism 13 is provided on the luminair 12 to make it vertically movable. A control unit 14 controls the movement and lighting of and the power source supply to the luminair 12. Here, the luminair 12 is lit to be vertically moved in water along the stand 11 by operating the unit 14 located in the vicinity of an inspection port 1a in the water tank. Consequently, the inside of the water tank 1 becomes bright, and a visual inspection from the inspection port 1a in the water tank is facilitated, thereby improving inspection accuracy. |
