PURPOSE: To provide a method for molding a foamed molding having excellent size accuracy almost without setting irregularity of a core material and a skin material set in a foam mold and a mold structure. CONSTITUTION: In a foam mold 30, the one end of a core material is disposed at a locator pin 44, then a skin material is set to the inner surfaces of switching molds 41, 42, the molds 41, 42 are clamped, and then an auxiliary mold 50 is closed to effectively hold the skin material by connecting the molds 41, 42 to the mold 50. Simultaneously, the free end side of the core material is accurately positioned fixedly by a slide type set pin 55 provided at the mold 50, foamable resin liquid is cast and foamed in the cavity of the mold 30 to mold a foamed molding having excellent size accuracy almost without irregularity between the core material and the skin material. |
