DEEPLY DYEABLE POLYESTER COMPOSITE YARN

摘要

PURPOSE: To produce deeply dyeable polyester composite fiber which is suitably useful as a weaving and knitting yarn to give cloth having excellent deeply dyeing effect and soft fabric hand. CONSTITUTION: This polyester composite yarn is produced by interlacing crimped filament yarn A with uncrimped and drawn yarn B. The yarn A is composed of ultrafine filaments having an optical birefringence (Δn) of <=115×10<-3> , filament fineness of 0.4-1.0 denier and amounts to >=60wt.% of the interlaced yarn. The yarn B is a thick filament having filament fineness of >=2 denier and has a 10% larger boiling water shrinkage than the yarn A has, further a thermal shrinkage stress of >=0.5g/d and deep dyeability that can give the dyed cloth a L-value of <=13.0.
