摘要 |
FIELD: materials technology. SUBSTANCE: in conventional methods, titanium and its a and pseudo-a-alloys are saturated with hydrogen to 0.12-2.0 wt % at 400-650 C, cooled to a temperature below eutectoid transformation temperature followed by vacuum annealing at 400-650 C for 0.5-6 h. Improvement consists in that, prior to saturated with hydrogen, titanium and its alloys are heated in vacuum at the temperature range from 700 C to Acfor 5- 30 min. If, in accordance with process, removal of stocks after hydrogenation in vacuum system is required, stocks, before vacuum annealing, are heated in vacuum at a temperature within the range 700 C-Acfor 5-30 min. Invention may find use in medicine and aircraft engineering. EFFECT: increased strength characteristics and performance figures. |
