FIELD: public utilities, metallurgy, chemistry, and other industries. SUBSTANCE: slag melt is prepared, solid wastes are supplied to slag melt, the latter is blown down with oxygen-containing gas, carbon-containing and slag-forming materials are introduced into melt. During solid waste recovery process, main and acid gas-forming and thinning materials are introduced in melt, and gas-slag slurry is produced and maintained while stirring this layer by upper and tangential gas jets. Volume density of gas-slag slurry is maintained between 0.8 and 0.95 of volume density of solid wastes; basicity of gas-slag slurry is maintained between 0.6 and 0.9 by means of appropriate proportion of mass of main and acid gas-forming and thinning materials supplied; dipping depth of oxygen-containing gas jets is periodically varied between 0.1 and 0.9 of gas-slag slurry layer thickness. Used as gas supplied in tangentional jets is exit gas of gas cleaning process. EFFECT: improved capacity and efficiency of process, reduced emission of gaseous pollutants, reduced capital outlays, and improved environmental situation. |
