FIELD: medicine, particular, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: operation is carried out endaural by crossed laying of fragments of flat bone in tympanic mastoidal cavities, tamponade of reduced mastoidal cavity with free soft-tissue transplant, installation and fastening of prosthesis of auditory ossicle to bone petal in slot space of tympanomastoidal structure and formation of stable position of transplant of neotympanal membrane due to special fixing in external auditory meatus. EFFECT: improvement and preservation of hearing, increased stability of prosthesis of auditory ossicle at one-moment plasty of mastoidal and tympanic cavities, reduced postoperative drift of transplant of neotympanic membrane and injury of surgical intervention. |
