摘要 End-stops (45) fitted to the contact belt (16) work with the clutch pivot and in this way position and stabilise the plate springs (13) when engaged. The end-stop contact elements are fixed to the sides of the belt and are led through the spring holes (46) so as to bear against the clutch cover. The end-stops come in L shape and their elements radiating from the sides of the belt make contact with the cover (17) but without running through the springs. In a variant, the end-stop elements on the side of the belt bear on the springs directly alongside their swivel circle so that the end-stop contact elements bear on the cover via a fixed non-deforming part of the springs. Where the contact elements are made of straps, these are cut out of the cover and bent back inwards to run through the spring holes towards the clutch plate (11). The straps include a side extension cooperating with the strap of the cover. Each contact element includes a friction-positively fitted pin and the belt has ramps which cooperate with those fitted to the pressure plate (12).
