The separating frame comprises a front stationary fixed part (2) and a back facing detachable rotating part (15). A rotational axle (D) has rotational movement of the rotating part that is sloped. The rotational axle may lie on a vertical plane. The axis can slope, upwardly, from the front face of the separating frame to the back of it. The rotating part may have restoring device (18) on it. At the front area of the rotating part is a pressure plate on which a restoring block (23) can sit. The block may be made from expandable elastic material.
