TREATMENT OF FLY ASH IN WASTE GAS

PURPOSE: To obtain a treating method of a fly ash in a waste gas which is capable of separating and recovering heavy metals in the fly ash to effectively utilize. CONSTITUTION: Generated particles and coarse particles are separated and removed by cooling to 150-900 deg.C while introducing the waste gas under a high temp. in a classifier. The particles and fine particles produced from the residual gas are collected as the fly ash and the heavy metals are separated by adding an acid or an alkali thereto.
