发明名称 GREEN COMPACT MOLDING METHOD AND RUBBER MOLD USED FOR THIS METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: To improve the uniformity of the magnetic field distribution in the cavity of a rubber mold into which magnetic powder is incorporated by mount ing this rubber mold at a die, packing the magnetic powder into its cavity and compression molding the magnetic powder while impressing a magnetic field thereon. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic powder (Fe-Co allay, etc.) having an average grain size of about <=50μm is uniformly mixed at 1 to 40vol.% with a rubber material (urethane rubber, etc.). A rubber mold body m1 and a cap m2 are then molded. The rubber mold body m1 is mounted at the die and the magnetic powder is packed into its cavity (c) to form the mold (m) together with the cap m2. The magnetic powder is compression molded while the magnetic field is impressed on such mold (m), by which a green compact is formed. As a result, the magnetic field distribution of the cavity (c) is made uniform and the green compact of a near net shape approximate to the final product is obtained.
