PURPOSE: To increase durability by fixing glass beads to the surface of a projected spherical body formed by a partial polymer of acrylic ester, and providing a transparent protective layer on the whole surface containing beads of the spherical body surface. CONSTITUTION: A material is prepared by mixing a partial polymer of acrylic ester, or a partial polymer of methacrylic ester, a hardening accelerator, and titanium oxide. A projected spherical body 10 having a diameter of 50-100mm and a height of 5-10mm is formed using the above material. Before the projected spherical body 10 is hardened, glass beads 15 are sprayed on the surface 11 of the spherical body 10 to be fixed in such a manner that about the half of the particle diameter is buried. A transparent protective layer 18 is formed by inorganic high polymer resin such as transparent thermosetting ladder silicon resin or the like on the exposed surfaces of the glass beads 15 and the whole surface of the exposed surface of the surface 11 to form a reflecting marker 1. At the time of constructing the marker 1, the base 12 of the marker is made adhere to a line material constructed on the road surface through an adhesive to install the marker. |
