This method is used for polishing the interior of pipe line for supply of high purity gas or raw material of medical supplies, foods, etc. The diamond particle for industry special abrasive material is produced by the processes of (1) filling a DP, LP, and TP with special abrasive material(L), (2) sealing of inlet by rubber cock(C), (3) polishing or lapping of interior by vibrator, (4) charging the polished DP, LP, and TP of positive property with cathode conductor(A), synthesized resin ball(PB) and cathode wire(W) of negative property, and (5) electro-polishing in the electrolyte(TW) of electrolytic tank(T).
