PURPOSE: To reduce the loss of delivery to an absent house at a delivery-side business office and improve the delivery services of a home delivery information service system. CONSTITUTION: A reception-side server 210 sends reception information to a delivery-side server 220. The delivery-side server 220 generates a delivery plan according to the reception information, generates a delivery previous notice service including delivery previous notice information on the basis of the plan, and sends it to a delivery-destination client 230. The delivery-destination client 230 outputs the delivery previous notice service to an output device, selects and inputs whether or not there is the intention of acknowledgement, and sends it to the delivery-side server 220. The delivery-side server 220 determines the delivery plan when the received acknowledgement intention is YES, but sends a delivery alteration service to the delivery-destination client 230 when not. The delivery-destination client 230 outputs the delivery alteration service to an output device, inputs delivery alteration information from an input device, and sends it to the delivery-side server 200. The delivery-side server 220 edits the delivery schedule according to the delivery alteration information and determines the delivery plan. |
