PURPOSE: To enable draining of water discharged from a room unit for air conditioning accurately. CONSTITUTION: A space 40 for installing a room unit is formed to install a room unit 10 for air conditioning above a recessed space 30 which is opened at a space 20 to be air conditioned while having a ceiling 32 at a position below the ceiling 22 of the space 20 to be air conditioned. The room unit 10 for air conditioning is installed above a floor surface 41 of the space 40 for installing a room unit through spacers 50 and 51 and a down gradient is given to a drain pipe 16 connected to a lower part of the room unit 10 for air conditioning. |
