<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for nitrogen oxide low generating combustion, effecting self exhaust gas recirculation effectively, and excellent in flame stability while employing diffusion combustion. CONSTITUTION: A shielding plate 4, provided with a plurality of slot type air injection units 3, is installed at the outer periphery of tip end of a fuel pipe 1, inserted into an air pipe 2, a cylindrical air flow forming air injection unit 22 is formed at the side of the rim of the shielding plate 4, base fuel injection pipes 5, 6, communicated with the fuel pipe 1, are installed on the base part of the air injection unit 22, a radial direction fuel injection port 16 is provided at the tip end of the fuel pipe 1, projected from the shielding plate 4, and a disc plate, larger than the fuel pipe 1, is installed at the upstream side of the fuel injection port 16. In this case, fuel is injected in a direction orthogonal to air streams injected from the cylindrical air stream forming air injection unit 22 and the slot type air injection unit 3 to mix them while fuel of 10-20% of total fuel is injected from the radial direction fuel injection port 16 to burn as assisting fuel and the ratio of the flow speed of air to the flow speed of fuel is 0.2.</p> |
