PURPOSE: To switch a plurality of contacts according to each turning position in either direction from the neutral position by turning operation with good contact switching feeling, and easily realize automatic reset when operation stops. CONSTITUTION: In counterclockwise turning operation, when a holder 20 reaches a switch position -θ1 from the neutral position, a free part 56 is brought into contact with an edge 42 of a fixed plate part 32 to obstruct further counterclockwise movement. When the holder 20 is turned to the next switch position -θ2 , the energizing force of a second helical torsion spring 50 is added to the energizing force of a first helical torsion spring 48, then applied. In clockwise turning operation, when the holder 20 reaches a switch position +θ1 from the neutral position, a free part 54 is brought into contact with an edge 38 of a movable plate part 30, and pushed with the edge 38 to continue clockwise movement, and when turns to a switch position +θ2 , energizing force of the spring 48 is added to energizing force of the spring 50, then applied.
