PURPOSE: To provide the measuring method, of a taste, which increases the quantity of information on the taste and which can discriminate a measuring object in which the taste is hard to discriminate. CONSTITUTION: A reference solution is prepared (S1), and a prescribed additive is added to a solution to be measured (S2). The reference solution is measured, a reference value V01 is found (S3, S4), the solution to be measured is measured (S5), and the difference ΔVi between the measured value Vi of the solution to be measured and the reference value V01 (S6). Then, a sensor is cleaned in order to perform a measurement again (S7). |
