PURPOSE: To enhance caulking strength while maintaining the flatness of the whole blade, to prevent the leakage of light, to reduce blade traveling resistance, to stabilize blade speed and to enhance the rigidity of the whole blade group. CONSTITUTION: In this device, a 1st caulking pin 81 whose locking face 81b for locking the light shielding blade is inclined at a prescribed angleθ3 with respect to an arm, and also, whose shaft part is longer than the plate thickness of the arm and a 2nd caulking pin 82 whose locking face 82b is inclined at an angle different from the prescribed angle and whose shaft part is longer than the shaft part of the 1st caulking pin 28 are used, and the light shielding blades 11 and 12 arranged nearer to the arm side as compared with the light shielding blades 13 and 14 which are locked by the 2nd caulking pin are locked by the arm.
