The disposable absorbent article is composed of a liquid pervious top sheet, a liquid impervious back sheet, fluff pulp and 0.05-20 wt% one or more encapsulated materials selected from fragrance such as spearmint, peppermint or strawberry, pH controller such as citrate or phosphate, sterilizer such as grapefruit extract and skin protector such as bioceramic or zinc oxide. The capsule size is 10-20 Pm. The absorbent article can be used for disposable diaper, sanitary napkin or pantyliner. The capsulated materials function properly during urination, and the product is safe for slcin.
