PURPOSE: To make document output processing, based upon a source record of different totalization level, accurate by selecting a calculation expression corresponding to the level of each record which is read in for output document generation and generating an output document wherein data calculated from the calculation expression is made to correspond to the item of the corresponding output object. CONSTITUTION: A setting means 3 is equipped with a definition slip setting part 10 which sets print formats of respective items regarding output objects based upon respective detailed records and totalization records of a source record and conditional calculation expressions of different levels by the detailed records and totalization records of the items of the print formats on the basis of input data from a key input part 9. Then when the definition slip setting part 10 of the setting means 3 defines the calculation expressions by the levels, a document generating means 5 selects the calculation expression corresponding to the level of each record read for the output document generation and accurately generates the output document wherein the data calculated from the calculation expression is made to correspond to the item of the corresponding output object. |
