PURPOSE: To easily grasp the positioning of a node in the entirety by making a break between in-department business processes distinctive when a large-scale business process extending over plural departments is defined. CONSTITUTION: A part of the business process composed of plural nodes is represented as a macronode and a macroicon representing a macronode is provided; when a macroicon 62-1 is arranged on a chart 61, a macroprocess as a flow of the operation of the macronode represented with the macroicon is represented with a node icon which is inputted and specified, an arrow connecting node icons, and a case icon as a chart 62 different from the chart 61. Then the macroprocess is defined on the basis of the chart 62 and attribute information on the inputted node icon and case icon to describe the business process hieerarchically. In the figure, 60-1 and 60-2 are node icon menus and 60-3 is a case icon menu. |
