PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce an apparatus for transmitting signals between two terminals. SOLUTION: At least one terminal is made movable relative to the other terminal. The terminals are mutually connected at least one wound and extended conductive wire 10. The conductive wire is housed in a cassette K, formed into approximately circular shape and the cassette is provided with a rotor 15 and a stator 16. A winding of the conductive wire is divided into a wound range in the inside, and a wound range in the outside and the directions of the turns of both wound ranges are different. An inversely turning part with a U-shape is formed between both wound ranges. A united and ring-like guide 14 including the inversely turning part of the winding is installed between both wound ranges. A web-like collar 18 installed over the whole circumference is formed in at least one outer circumferential face of the guide. The face of the collar positioned in a lower side in a use position is mounted on the face corresponding to the rotor 15 of the cassette K.
