<p>PURPOSE: To provide a fluid bearing manufacturing device having a track groove for generating dynamic pressure in an inner diameter surface of a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A ball 24 is held such that ball disengaging prevention tool 22 is coupled so as to be in contact with one end of a rotation shaft 23 to form the same outer diameter surface as that of the rotation shaft 23. Accordingly, need for controlling angular velocity and transfer speed in an axial direction of a guide bushing or a ring with respect to angular velocity and transfer speed in an axial direction of the rotation shaft is eliminated. Further, abrasion due to rotation of a ball is reduced, and the ball is easily exchanged at the time of abrasion, thereby manufacturing a fluid bearing 21 by the simple and economical fluid bearing manufacturing device with higher accuracy and higher efficiency processing.</p> |
