Belt conveyor with curved path

The conveyor belt (1) top side carries the handled goods (10) in the curved section the conveyor belt is mounted on rollers (4,5), whose axial lines (66) intersect in the curve centre point. The rollers, at uniform angular spacing, are conical. The conveyor belt, near one front side, has on its underside a support face oblique to its top side, which abuts the roller front sides, facing the curve outside. The outer front sides of the rollers pref. have a conical edge region for the support face abutment.
