PURPOSE: To provide a structure of a shift knob mold for an automobile in which the automation of molding can be realized by facilitating the mold releasing after the molding. CONSTITUTION: A mold has a gear change lever inserting hole 5a in a vertical direction at the lower part and molds a shift knob 5 having a pushbutton inserting hole 5c in a longitudinal direction at the upper part. In the mold, a cavity 12a for molding the outer surface of the knob 5 is divided at least to the right and left, and has a pair of first slide cores 12 (A, B) slidable longitudinally and laterally, a second slide core 13 slidable longitudinally and laterally to mold the hole 5a, and a third slide core 14 slidable longitudinally to mold the hole 5c of the knob 5. |
