PURPOSE: To increase effective power of the whole of a generating plant by controlling the distribution factor of extracted steam flow. CONSTITUTION: High pressure steam enthalpy is obtained by a high pressure steam enthalpy computer 2, extracted steam enthalpy is obtained by an extracted steam enthalpy computer 3, extracted steam output is obtained by a high pressure stage extracted output computer 4 based on the two sorts of enthalpy, and condensate enthalpy of a condenser is computed by a condensate quantity computer 8. Efficiencyηof each generator is obtained by a generator efficiency computer 13 based on the condensate enthalpy and the extracted steam output. Output G1 , G2 of each generator is computed by a generator output computer 14 based on the generator efficiencyηand the extracted steam output. The total generator output G3 of the generators during parallel operation is obtained tram these generator output, and the flow of the extracted steam is controlled so that the total generator output G3 becomes maximum.
