PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the highly accurate maintenance of the thickness of film, sheet or plate, avoid the shocking temperature change, especially cooling of material already in the form of belt, from occurring and, at the same time, favorably care the natural cooling of the arbitrary length of the film, sheet or plate under the condition that the upside and downside boundary layers of the sheet or hardened and, at the same time, liquid core opened rearward to an extruding device is present.
