PURPOSE: To enable repair of a gas turbine blade to be treated in the atmospheric condition instead of plasma process in the reduced pressure condition so as to improve workability, and make possible repair of the same level at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The wall reducing part 2 and the circumference of a gas turbine blade 1 made of hardly welded super alloy is treated by water washing and drying after washing the surface of the base material by alkali solvent, treated by preheating after blasting process, next metal powder (20-50μm) 3 is built-up sprayed by high speed flame spraying, and after diffusion heat treatment, profile finishing is added to it for repairing.
