FILTER SHEET FOR AIR CLEANING

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a filter sheet for air cleaning having low air permeation resistance, excellent pleat formability and deodorization effect by laminating a sheet-like electret filter and a reinforcing material sheet and laminating an adsorptive sheet on the electret filter side. CONSTITUTION: The sheet-like electret filter and the reinforcing material sheet are laminated and the adsorptive sheet is laminated on the electret filter side. The base material of the electret filter is preferably nonwoven fabric composed of extremely fine fibers having average fineness of about 0.01 to 0.1 denier. The thickness of the nonwoven fabric is preferably in a range of about 0.1 to 0.6mm and the basis weight of about 10 to 60g/m<2> . The reinforcing material sheet is preferably conjugate fibers contg. thermally fusible fibers which have a core-and-sheath structure having noncombustibility. The adsorptive sheet is preferably a sheet contg. about 10 to 80 pts.wt. particulate active carbon having an average particle size of about 60 to 150μm and the thickness thereof is preferably about 0.3 to 1.2mm and the basis weight about >=50g/m<2> .
