PURPOSE: To obtain stair construction having simple execution, reducing a construction period at a low cost, having high joint strength and having excellent earthquake resistance. CONSTITUTION: A side wall 10 is constructed with a cast-in-place RC method, a cogging 16, a joint bar 20 and the side wall 10 are formed together as a unit, and a joint bar 32 is provided to a footing section 28. A splice sleeve 34 is provided to one end of a PC landing unit 12, and a splice sleeve 42 is provided to the other end thereof. One end thereof is mounted on the cogging 16, and the splice sleeve 34 is inserted in the joint bar 20. A splice sleeve 58 is provided to the lower end of a PC exterior wall unit 30, and a joint bar 40, a joint bar 60 and a blockout section 64 are provided to the upper end. The exterior wall unit 30 is erected, the splice sleeve 58 is inserted in the joint bar 32, the joint bar 40 is inserted in the splice sleeve 42, and the other end of the landing unit 12 is mounted on the blockout section 64. Mortar is poured into the splice sleeves 34, 42 and 58, and it is solidified to combine. |
