PURPOSE: To produce a lightweight base stand high in the degree of freedom of a design and high in the reliability of a functional request by injecting gas from the fitting part of the terminal part of the arm part of the base stand using a needle valve to perform hollow molding. CONSTITUTION: A hollow base stand made of a resin is constituted by providing a terminal fitting part 2, an arm part and a boss part to a base stand main body 1 and molded by the injection molding of a thermoplastic resin. It is pref. to provide a needle valve injecting gas into the arm part of the base stand to the terminal fitting part 2 of the base stand. In the case of the base stand having a design providing a resin cover to the arm upper part of the base stand, it is possible to provide the cover to the arm upper part 3. When a destruction test of a strength request is performed, an arm lower part generates tensile stress and the arm upper part generates compression stress. Generally, in the strength of material, compression stress is stronger than tensile stress and the stress concn. point of a gas injection part is not provided to a weak tensile part. |
