The shafts have chopping members 4 arranged so that the members of two neighboring shafts overlap. The bucket bottom has outlet hole 5. The chopping members have many disks mounted at an interval on each shaft. The peripheral surfaces of the disks have bulges arranged so that there is a recess between two adjacent bulges. The bucket is provided with loosening device 6. The loosening device has at least two parallel shafts 7 mounted for rotation in synchronism in a spaced relation to each other.
